L'idée de la loi :
* chacun va devoir installer un logiciel sur son ordinateur.
* ledit logiciel va enregistrer ce que fait l'ordinateur.
* ces enregistrements serviront à discriminer l'utilisateur si celui-ci est accusé de téléchargement illégal par un ayant-droit.

Quelques analogies qui aident à comprendre (extraites de http://standblog.org/blog/post/2009/03/08/Hadopi-et-les-mouchages-filtrants-sur-les-ordinateurs) :

Si le gouvernement français voulait inciter les français à :

* mettre un GPS dans votre voiture qui signale tout mouvement du véhicule à une agence (sous prétexte de vous innocenter lors de braquages)...
* mettre une puce sous la peau des citoyens pour suivre leurs mouvements (sous prétexte de vous innocenter lors de crimes sexuels)...
* mettre une puce dans la télécommande de leur télévision pour savoir quels programmes ils regardent...
* mettre un micro dans chaque pièce de votre appartement pour savoir si vous ne commettez pas d'activité illégale...
* mettre un mouchard dans votre bar pour s'assurer que vous ne consommez pas d'alcool provenant de bouilleurs de cru...

... tout cela paraîtrait totalement inacceptable. Installer un mouchard filtrant sur votre ordinateur dans le cadre de la loi HADOPI est de la même nature. C'est inacceptable et liberticide.

Et quand le public commence à trop s'intéresser à la loi, et sollicite l'attention des députés, il ne reste plus qu'à le traiter avec mépris :

Un collectif de citoyens, la Quadrature du Net, encourage les internautes à abreuver les députés de mails hostiles à cette loi. « Ce sont cinq gus dans un garage qui font des mails à la chaîne », relativise le cabinet de Mme Albanel.

Je ne connaissais pas l'artiste mais le son est vraiment sympa. Ca me rappelle un peu Monsieur Orange avec son premier album :)

Né d'un papa disque jockey, Pop The Fish est un jeune caennais qui a décidé de bousculer les dance-floors avec ses chansonnettes electroclash. Avec des textes a prendre du premier au quinziéme degrés, les petits travers de la vie sont passés au crible sur une musique electro influencé entre autres, par Valérie Lemercier et Fischerspooner. Les Lives du poisson ont surpris et conquis les plus incrédules.
Déjà votre tête bouge...c'est l'effet Pop The Fish!

DAVID DANIELL

Membre depuis plus d'une décennie du trio improvisé blues-drone San Agustin, David Daniell a également collaboré au fil des années avec Loren Connors, Rhys Chatham, Tim Barnes, Atelia, Jeph Jerman, Thurston Moore, Sean Meehan, Tomas Korber, Greg Davis ou encore Jonathan Kane. Il travaille aussi de façon régulière en duo avec Douglas McCombs (Brokeback, Tortoise).
Il a publié sous son nom deux albums, Sem (2002/Antiopic) et Coastal (2006/Xeric/Table of the Elements) où se télescopent fields recordings abstraits, instrumentation acoustique manipulée et sons purement électroniques.

SOLAR SKELETONS "Necroethyl"

Les Enfants morts du Soleil livrent ici une salve hypnotique de minimal doom blues industriel
portant sur l'alcoolisme masculin et ses conséquences sur les relations avec le genre féminin.
Après leur invasion totale de Mars et Pluton, les Squelettes Solaires ont commencé leur conquête
terrestre par l'épicentre du pouvoir planètaire à Washington DC en Janvier 2006.
Après mure reflexion, ils établirent leur quartier général à Bruxelles, afin d'avoir une portée panoptique
sur un plus large spectre de population. De ce fait, ils ont pu appliquer leur propagande scènique
dans cette région du globe, en France, Belgique, Pays-Bas, se greffant aux prêches d'autres colporteurs
tels que Parade Ground, Otto Von Schirach, Le Dernier Cri, Bex, Koonda Holaa...
Derrière cet énigmatique projet, se cachent deux musiciens non moins enigmatiques, a savoir TZII et RIPIT.
Depuis plus de 10 ans ces deux artistes singuliers ont silloné les 5 continents de New York a Tokyo, de Paris à Nouakchott,
de Sydney à Montréal, prenant part à une myriade de projets musicaux et audio/video.
Sur ce disque apparait également Kamilsky (alias Koonda Holaa) et sa fille Schovenka Isabelle.

Two French musicians, TZII and RIPIT are the creative team behind this venture. The vision of the world encapsulated by 'Necroethyl'
is of a dystopian Wild West - more 'Doom'wood than 'Dead'...but, no doubt, still with room for a few necrophilia encounters.
Indeed, the music would not be out of place in some Lynchian project like 'Blue Bob'. The opener, 'Candy in a jar' sets the agenda
with Kamilsky (better known as KOONDA HOLAA) cautioning prospective clients on the pleasure of whores; bring them back as you find them,
or as near as. As we get deeper into the music the smoke begins to clear revealing a dusty wreck of a saloon wherein sits Coil keeping
their distance from Sun O))) while Boyd Rice acts as bartender, watching all the 'people'. The agenda put down by Solar Skeletons is evident
as tracks such as 'Bottle Licker' grins with drunken, doomy riffs which glide past through a mist of alcohol to the intoxicating crunch
of the title track, 'Necroethyl' that harnesses low keys marching ponderously through showers of intermittent noise.
A trumpet lazily drifts in and out like some kind of carrion call for a whiskey-sodden corpse. Thankfully, the industrial / noise waves
never engulf the music, instead they play as a deep reverberating reminder of some promised hangover as psyche rock melodies are deconstructed.
' Waiting for the next chapter' serves up thick slices of open channel frequency as rhetorical vocal loops keep filling the glass
as it spills over into 'Low Inside Electric Sun' (LIES?) that purrs noisily while discordant strings are tapped into life -
this track, the last, drops you on your head with punishing loops as your dimes run out and you find yourself discarded
amongst the mud and the waste. Necroethyl promises only bad peyote and maggots in your tequila but stay for the band who prove
themselves proficient throughout the six tracks in as much as the doom here is dirt-cowboy in essence
and disturbingly good in execution." -Michael Cunningham / Judaskissmagazine.co.uk

-"While the two french producers Ripit and Tzii might be better known for their fast and hard breakcore and hardcore productions,
their common project under the Solar Skeletons moniker is of a totally different kind. A weird mixture of distorted jazz
instrumentations, tongue-in-cheek semi spoken vocals and weirdo cabaret-from-beyond-the-grave atmospheres, "Necroethyl"
is obviously more something to listen to at home (preferably late and not sober) than to play in the club. Interesting and fun." -Ad Noiseam.

Robin Hayward, joueur de tuba et compositeur (né à Brighton, Angleterre, en 1969) est basé à Berlin depuis 1998. Il a profondément exploité le potentiel du tuba dans les domaines du bruit et de la microtonalité. Ses compositions pour d'autres instruments reflètent une approche contextuelle similaire. En tant qu’interprète, son aptitude particulière à jouer a été sollicitée par de grands compositeurs comme Alvin Lucier et Christian Wolff. Il a effectué de nombreuses tournées aussi bien en solo qu’en collaboration. Sa recherche jusqu'à ce jour est enregistrée sur son CD solo intitulé Valve Division ainsi que dans d’autres productions en collaboration. Il fait partie de plusieurs ensembles de musique contemporaine, E.A.Phosphor et Kammerensemble Neue Musik Berlin. En 2005 il a fondé Zinc & Copper Works pour continuer ses recherches sur les instruments à vent.
