Or c'est bêtement la raison qu'a fait qu'en la mettant sur pied avec vous, bah j'vous ai connu, rencontré, découvert, aimé, et que ça a fait une putain d'avalanche d'boule d'neige avec plein d'autres chouettes gens d'ici et d'ailleurs qui m'ont apporté tellement...

Geneva-based duo Bound By Endogamy delivers a heavy blend of rave, synth-punk, and industrial music. Shlomo Balexert and Kleio Thomaïdes are both prominent figures in the local squat and punk scene, having been involved in numerous projects over the past decade. Following several cassette releases and a remarkable debut 7'' on Lux Records, the band presents a self-titled album that combines raw, growling basslines, crisp analog rhythms, and passionate vocals ranging from breathy to fiercely cutting. On stage, the project consists of drums, a sampler, and vocals. Shlomo handles the drums alongside sharp synthesizers, while Kleio delivers powerful vocals reminiscent of a professional boxer. Expect a fusion of DAF and Kleenex with a hardcore edge.

Membre des groupes HEADWAR, BADABOUM, du duo LES MORTS VONT BIEN et autres formations improbables, Krinator exhibe pudiquement son projet solo.
Projet qui pourrait être le fruit d'une enfant enfermée avec pour seul compagnie, un synthétiseur, des choco B.N, un magnétoscope alimenté de cassettes d'épouvantes et de dessins-animés.
Les interminables mercredis après-midi à improviser les bandes son de Mickey & "les griffes de la nuit" n'ont pas été vaines...

..plusieurs années après, arrive "Neuf tubes stereo", un disque composé de dix titres alternant entre musette, country fluo, trash pop et prélèvement de laborantine sonore.
L'ébauche de cet L.P a certainement étais amorcé en 1989, lors du passage de Krinator à l'ecole des fans d'Airaines (80) > youtu.be/CA0mwO4PD-U?si=wsgsnk0IVaLL4PI3
S'en suit une longue période de réflexions, quelques sorties K7 quand ses autres projets lui permettent, ainsi que le L.P "Missa Pro Defunctis". Dix années minimum à faire guincher les lieux les moins fréquentables, pour se concrétiser par l'enregistrement de ses tubes entre la montagne du Moléson et la zone industrielle de Amiens.

Carine chante en italien, japonais, anglais et allemand niveau CM1, sur les accords d'un synthétiseur, de pédales d'effets, d'un lecteur K7 et des instruments-jouets chinés avec précautions...
..malgré les résonances allègres de cet assemblage, on y devine une application minutieuse où l'ajout de flûte Playskool fait sens.

Discrètement camouflés derrière un pitch, les chansons ont une narration quasi imperceptible: l'album s'ouvre sur une valse accompagnée par les cloches des paisibles vaches de la région de Gruyère, pour terminer par une java sous le soleil bavarois...
..une fois le décor rassurant planté, Carine laisse place aux sentiments et aux angoisses. Elle y parle de déception, de western contemplatif, d'attente, de maladie, d'amour cannibale, de jeune fille atrophiée, cependant toujours dans une ambiance de Ducasse..."Neuf tubes stereo", c'est le bruit des tessons de bouteille qui s'éclatent sur ton crâne parmi la musique des manèges, mais avec le sourire.
Krinator fait danser les punks et les canards, en prenant soin d'effrayer le reste du bal

Entrance Soundtrack: The audio playing as you walk the path to enter the Horror House... Being blasted out of a way cheap outdoor PA speaker which is seriously blown the fuck out. I did no remixing to this audio, this is the full recording of what was looping out of the entrance speaker. There are moments of silence and just crude ripping speaker sound. It's perfect. There is a synth track in the middle of it, that my friend Ruhail Qaisar identified as the intro music to a famous Indian horror TV show. I wish I could meet who put this collage together, it definitely fucked, though I'm really glad I got to experience it through this extremely unprofessional and broken ass PA speaker.

Walk Through 2: Walking through the pitch dark maze for my second time. Somewhere are motion sensors and when you pass them, bright light flashes, horrifying audio blasts and raw as fuck rusty machinery w/ old rotten rubber masks covered in spray paint and filth pop out at you...seriously looking like some old Survival Research Laboratories machinery that was left out in the dust & rain for 10+ years. A local Nepali couple make the walk through with us and are not having nearly as much fun as me.

Bumper Cars: Bonus track of me standing in line for the bumper cars at Kathmandu Fun Park. As with other rides at the park, these things go WAY TOO FAST, FOR WAY TOO LONG.

Geese Feeding: Outside of the Bhoot Ghar is a small fenced in pond with a dozen or so geese. I happened to leave the Horror House one day just as the geese were being fed. Here are the geese freaking out in meal time bliss as you can hear the horror house entrance soundtrack blaring in the background as well as a nearby soccer game w/ live commentary in progress.

Walk Through 1: My first walk through of the Bhoot Ghar. A lot of bumping into walls and laughing. I turned my phones light on at one point to find myself in an emtpry room dusty and littered with red and gold horror graffiti and a shitty old basket.

Bumper Cars: Another recording of mechanical chaos. This time the recorder is inside the bumper car with me. These things are going WAY TOO FAST.

Ferris Wheel Belt: A great rhythm made by the exposed belt of the ferris wheel. One of these broke just minutes after I rode it and people were stuck at the top for quite some time after.

CASSETTE ONLY BONUS TRACK: My son and I riding the "BREAKDANCER" a teacup spinning ride that again goes way too fast...for WAY TOO LONG. There was a little guy operating out of a small booth with a little peekaboo hole. During one of our spins he winks at me...you'll hear me notice. The tape cuts off before I got sick, but you can hear me starting to have enough... The entire ride went on for about 8 minutes. We started feeling sick after 3.

Breakcore, speedcore, gabber punk, noiserap, plunderphonics, and other words people need to make sense of something like this. Created 2021-23, "Re-escalation Training" is the companion collection to earlier 2023's mixtape "Auditions for Patron Saint ov Cop Suicide" which largely consisted of remixes oddly released prior to their original versions. Both were been mastered by Staz of Alien State cyclonaut@riseup.net These together comprise the 2nd body of work from THX1312. Yall know who the fuck this is, just look up Realicide and say what up.

A lot has happened even just during preparation for the album's unveiling this fall. Derek Chauvin got shanked in prison, I hear Kyle Rittenhouse is in financial trouble, Alec Empire proclaimed his allegiance to the state of Israel (again) while the death toll in Gaza approaches 18K, etc. It's a very very mad world indeed, and I'm not exactly sure where this music fits in at the moment. But righteous hostility and reckless abandon always need their soundtracks.

As for the content of these trax, a few shout-outs and mentions feel in order. I want yall to go listen to "Problem Solver" by Overcast (Mark N) which was sort of a starting point for my take on shaking up the same Dre & Cube classic. Track 3 samples an early 90's rap group called Convicted Felons. Track 7 is from a Cincinnati city council hearing during summer 2020 where David Mann just up and walked out, sparking some memorable activity out on the street of the Duke Energy building. "Gabber Assassin" is all North Memphis Playa Click. Oh yeah among a grip of other stuff that intro track does have Bart saying "Cincinnati" from when we finally got on The Simpsons ...there's no end to these sample sources. I realize this isn't a topic within the album, but it's what is happening during its release, and I can't think of a better contemporary example of ACAB.
