DYSKOGRAF est un lecteur de disques graphiques. Chaque disque est créé sur place par les visiteurs de l’installation grâçe à une série de feutres mis à leur disposition. Le dispositif permet ensuite de lire les disques pour traduire le dessin en une séquence musicale.

The Benjolin is a standalone synthesizer designed by Rob Hordijk from the Netherlands. It contains two oscillators (one LFO and one VCO), a low pass filter and a circuit called a “Rungler”, which allows chaotic cross-modulation possibilities between the different parts of the circuit. Hordijk refers to the Benjolin as a circuit which has been “bent by design.”

These hand-made Macumbista Benjolins have been further customized with a patchbay, which can be used to interface with other modular synthesizers, or to setup further feedback systems within the Benjolin itself, a switchable external line input to the Benjolin filter and LEDs displaying the internal state of the Rungler.

Petite démonstration du Végétophone' de Chapelier Fou, réalisé dans le cadre de sa résidence à l'école Jacques Prévert à Rennes avec l'aide des enfants, des professeurs et de bénévoles de l'Antipode.
Les pommes jouent les mélodies, les bananes les accords, les citrons verts les rythmiques. Chaque branche possède son volume, son sélecteur de son ainsi qu'un envoie vers une Reverb et un Delay. La plupart des sons ont étés échantillonnés avec les élèves de l'école.
Sur le tronc, on accède aux paramètres généraux : hauteur, mode, mesure, tempo.
Côté logiciel, la programmation est réalisée dans Ableton Live 9, max et m4l. Côté hardware, c'est une combinaison midibox et arduino.
