Jes Poole aka @ekatamusic is a London based DJ/Producer + Natural Selection Resident who has become a prominent and well respected artist in the Electro scene.
With nearly 10 years of experience behind the decks she is self-described as genre and sound obsessive - EKATA has built a reputation as a huge advocate for Electro and an artist that orchestrates a dark and warped experience that brings energy to the dancefloor with her meticulous signature style. Her music is characterised by its dark and atmospheric soundscapes, driven by pulsating rhythms / intricate synth work with a sound that best personifies ominous grooves and obvious sci-fi fixations which embody her carefully picked selections.

She has played at the likes of Tresor, ://About Blank, Meraki, Fold, HÖR and she has a well recieved release on highly esteemed Avoidant, the Electro sub label of Soma records under her belt. With forthcoming releases on Burial Soil, Furatena (which you can hear for the first time in this mix) plus a few top secret projects planned over the coming months, she's set to flourish further in 2023.
