Dinosawroid-mane is part of a lineage of mischievous Japanese concrète that goes back to Yximalloo and the earliest Merzbow cassettes.

Ditch Bend follows releases on Opal Tapes and Hard Return. Samples and distressed tape reels pile up hypnotically, with Taiko drum loops, exotic wildlife and fragmented melodies placed alongside less identifiable activity and assorted murk. Each of the eight tracks feels sonically distinct and intelligently structured.
