Jeff Lane of Seattle, Washington has been recording as Tereshkova for the last decade, with cassette releases on labels such as Czaszka Records, Night People, Already Dead and Astral Spirits. Beefy Chiffon captures the mellotron and synth textures of '70s Tangerine Dream and the epic melodic sweep of Vangelis, and adds some Residents-like wooziness and artificiality.
